The disks are different, 60% free. The problem can only be solved by rebooting Windows.

Hey Paul_Gringo,

Did you solve this issue with generating proxies? Anything you were able to try other than rebooting your computer? Here are a few extra suggestions.

 

Reset preferences: https://adobe.ly/4hryS85

Launch Premiere Pro as an administrator by right-clicking the icon in your File Explorer and selecting "Run as Administrator."
