I have been using the products for years, never had an issue. Had a year away, tried to use it, kept getting stuck in a loop of logging in. Tried uninstalling everything and now I cannot redownload it as I get stuck on a loop of logging in. This is honestly ridiculous. I've tried turning my firewall off. Doesn't do anything.

How to install when you have a subscription and a problem
.
You may NOT use the Opera browser... it is not compatible with Adobe
NOTE: the alternate download link in this link works better for some people
Install the cc desktop app using the download links at the bottom of this

If that works for you, you then use the Cloud manager to install your programs
Otherwise, see if support can help
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN... also, chat is for individual subscriptions, if you have a Teams or Enterprise subscription contact your subscription administrator
