Cannot download premiere - spinning wheel

Hi everyone, I signed up to the 7 day free trial.

I cannot download the software - when I go to the download link, I get the perpetual spinning wheel and nothing appears on screen for over an hour. Download link is: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/premiere-pro/installation?locale=en

I've tried on Chrome and Edge. Cleared all browsing data and restarted my computer and still the same.

Please can somebody help me.

Thank you thank you, just wanting to install Premiere, this was astoundinly unintuitive.
