Cannot download recent previous versions of premiere. I am trying to go back to version 21.

As the title says. I have been trying to go back to 2021 due to some issues I have encountered in 2022, but I can only find version 15 in the creative cloud app.

Version 15 is 2021.

As Ann said, v15 is Premiere 2021. This year, all the DVA (Digital Video and Audio apps) got unified version numbers to match the upcoming calendar year, so they'll now finally be in sync. Prior to this, AE 2021 was v18, and Premiere and AME 2021 were v15, and Audition 2021 was v14, which could make things very confusing.
