it says export was successful but file isnt usable/playable ad is kb as oppose to gb...and the seconds referenced in error are perfectly fine in timeline.
Perfect to the eye but not to Premiere. Try and convert or Render and Replace.
It's likely going to come down to one of the other suggestions made already, but just in case, I'm curious, what specific Premiere version are you in?
