Cannot Import a file into Premiere because of headed error.

Tried to import a file.wmv received a error message - Cannot be opened because of a header error

Is it video, audio or both?

Use Shutter Encoder to convert the files. Maybe try ProRes LT or even PROXY format within Shutter Encoder for easy to edit formats with 'better' files size. or WAV if it's just audio.
