Cannot import my library files into premier pro

I cannot import the video clips I have in my libraries into Premier Pro. I tried creating different folders and uploading a simple image, but it still doesn't work. When I drag them into my sequence, I get a no sign signal.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

When you mention "Libraries," are you referring to assets within the Libraries panel in Premiere Pro?

If so, try this:

  • Right-click on the asset you want to use.
  • Select Add to Project from the context menu.

This should import the asset into your Project panel so you can begin using it in your timeline.
