Cannot move sequences into a different bin

For a few months now, in the latest v23.6 version I have been experiencing an issue where I can't move sequences into a different bin than the one they are in. This affects all sequences within the project and doesn't get solved with a reset to the layout. Resetting my preferences isn't an option, because all my keyboard and layout preferences are lost and it's a real pain to have to find and reload these. The only solution is to either A) restart Premiere or if that fails B) restart my Mac and then Premiere. This is clearly a bug, so can you please review and fix it.

I have not experienced this. I am PC, but I don't recall this issue.

Are you sure you are not trying to move them to a search bin?

Make new project and import old one.

Resetting Preferences usually solves minor issues.

If you use sync settings, you won't lose all your settings.
