Since I have an enterprise account with my giant company and Adobe does not provide support because we're supposed to have designated experts in our enterprise which we do not, i'm posting here. I have had countless hours of calls with IT and no one can help me.
First, my company upgraded me to a Mac. The only way to transfer files was via OneDrive. So i did. Downloaded to my local drive. Doesn't work. All of my videos and files are broken with offline files. No matter what i do, it cant locate the files. So cool i guess i have two computers for now and continue using my PC for video editing since it literally will not work on my mac. But now my PC is doing it. I've tried everything and it will not locate or relink files.
An entire docuseries with an intro and outro that took 100 hrs is wrecked. And now because of following everyone's advice all of my files are disorganized and i don't know how to find what i need as an individual. I don't know what to do and i'm actually going to lose my job over this- im being threatened with time theft- because my sups don't believe i'm having this issue or that its as serious as it is and that i'm using it as a way to get out of doing work. I'm desperate for help. Can you tell how much i'm freaking out? if not, hi i'm absolutely freaking out.

If you have 5k footage coming from Insta360, reverse to version 4.6.6 as instructed here. It worked for me.
