Cant export the video and it gives an error code 3

Hi All, 

I am exporting the file and it gves me this error (attached photo). 

I reinstall the app and also checked the time of error as well. Could someone help me please.

Sorry for the Error compiling movie. have you tried rendering through "Software Only"? Does that help?

Also, in the export window. Go to the Video tab below > choose Hardware Encoding or switch.

Variable framerate can cause issues.

Convert before bringing it into Premiere.

Also use a regualar internal drive instead of onedrive.
