Cant use downloaded transitions

I downloaded a bunch of transition online and i want to

use it in my videos, all i can see is the sound effect and the preiviews

how can i use the effect.

No idea as no info has given whatsoever.

We have to guess which transitions they are (probably the not even real transitions but a bunch of effects that act as a transition:

Proper name would be Transition Effect.

Premiere version and build? OS? Computer specs? Screenshots?

If you want to make a screenrecording use a build in one, not your phone.

Have still no idea what kind of effects these are.

As Ann Bens said, those look like clips arranged to appear as a transition, not true transitions.

Can you provide a link to where you downloaded them from?

Yes, this button needs to be turned off to get them in as adjustment layers, etc...
