Caption Track with effects possible?

Hey guys, this may only be specific to me so let me know what you think.

I would love it if the trascribed caption sequence was able to be edited. I know you can edit it via Essential Graphics edit tab, but I would love if you could put effects on it. I would love in some cases to rotate ONE caption and keep the rest uniform. Right now I would actually just have to create an adjustment layer with text and manually do it that way. It would be super beneficial if I had more freedom with the transcribed sequence outside of your typical graphics edits!
