Caption Word Color Changes As Speaker Says It

Hi all

PR knows when a certain word is being said (you can follow it in the Transcript and Captions windows), but is there any way of using that data to change the color of each word on Captions as the speaker is saying it?

So the colour "follows" the audio? If that makes sense.

It's possible to do it manually, but it's incredible time consuming. It feels like there must be a way?

As far as I can see there is no way to do this automatically unfortunately.

The page Rob linked to is a good introduction to feature requests. But I had to study it to figure out how to get to Premiere Pro. Look for "Adobe Video and Audio Apps." You'll note an asterisk that prompts you to review a document "SubmissionGuide_video_audio_products.pdf." Once you get to the "Adobe video & audio apps," you'll want to click on "Premiere Pro."

I agree that it can't currently be done. I have no idea how they are tracking the timing by word.
