Captioning was working well with previous editions, however since 22.4 was installed/updated captions will not generate. Is anyone aware of a fix to this major problem?

Steps followed so far:

Transcripts will generate

Then when one tries to generate captions, Premier indicates it's happening, but then there is no output?

I've tried re-transcribing, and even started a new project from scratch.

Needless to say it's very fustrating, the auto-caption feature was the best Adobe advance in years.

I suspect you experienced this bug, which may appear to come and go depending on the "in to out" settings.
