Captions Still Burn In Even When Turned off in the Export Window

Captions burn in whether they're turned on or off in the Export tab.  When selecting "Create Sidecar File" it still burns in the captions.  Problem still persists in V.24.1.0.  This problem has existed ever since the new Export tab was introduced.  Please Fix.  Workaround is to toggle the Visible button on the captions track in the timeline and export SRT files from the Text window.

Seems to work fine on my end.

Do the captions appear and disappearin the preview window when when you toggle on and off the 'Captions' section?

They do on my side. What other export settings are you using?
