Captions Text control missing

Hey there! I'm having a problem with the captions. 

I transcribed my sequence and I'm trying to make the captions all caps. But As you can see in the screenshot of the Caption' essential graphics, the text controls are very limited and not showing all caps or all the other options...

Style options are limited for closed and similar types of captions. You appear to have a timed text track.
