Capture Hulu clip w/ Premiere Pro or Rush?

Hey folks, I need to grab a 1:50 clip from a video that streams on Hulu. Can I do this with one of the Premiere products (or something else in Adobe CC)? Can you tell me how or where to find out?  Thanks.
