Hello @celalettink27867594,
I'm Kevin from support, one of the moderators here. I appreciate you taking the time to report on this issue. Can you provide more details? See, How do I write a bug report?
I noticed that audio files are supported for Creative Cloud Libraries. What kind of audio file are you trying to upload? Is it a .wav, .aif, .mp3, or which? Let the team know.
I hope we can help you shortly. On behalf of Adobe, I apologize for the problem. Take care.
Thank You,
Kevin

CC Libraries are really designed for working with certain types of assets, mostly things created in Adobe apps and programs. Like a graphics item, or LUT, or Photoshop "brushes", that sort of thing.
They're not normally usable for general data storage. Even if from the documentation, it seems likely. And they put more limits on user's CC account 'storage' a few months back also.

Hey @R Neil Haugen,
Thanks for the reply. Audio files are supported. You might like to check out this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/supported-formats-creative-cloud-libraries.html.
I downloaded the compatibility spreadsheet and found that audio files are supported. There might be a bug here if @celalettink27867594 has audio files that aren't recognized by CC Libraries.
I hope you are well today.
Cheers,
Kevin

Interesting ... I've tested that in the past, and the only audio files I could load into the CC Library were ones I had acquired from Adobe Stock music.
Maybe I'll test this a bit later today.

Sorry to be so late getting to this but I finally tested this just now.
I could add a wav file from a drive on my computer to the CC Library ok, but to use it, I needed to first select it, and "add to project" ... then use it in the project from the project panel bin.
Win10 PC too.
