CEP custom panel extension - Unable to view the content inside my panel in few MAC machines.

When I try to load my custom CEP panel on mac the content inside it was not showing up. I can able to see the loaded content inside my DOM(inspect element) but I am not able to see in the UI. This is happening only on mac machines.

Also I noticed that, Panel is not showing up for the specific versions of premiere pro. ie. V15.4.0 and above.

When I connect mac machine with bigger monitor, I am able to see the panel loaded properly.

Also I have attached video for your reference. Please share your thoughts.

    Yes, This panel is working in Premiere pro version 22.0 and above versions. We are not able to see the panel in premiere pro version 15.4 and above versions of Premiere Pro 2021 in Catalina without extended monitor. Could you help us to load the contents in the premiere pro versions 15.4 and 15.4.1in catalina?


    The CEP team has provided the following guidance: 

     

    You're encountering a bug present in CEP version 11.2, which ships in PPro 15.4.

    This issue is fixed in CEP version 11.3, which ships in PPro 22.x.

     

    Given that PPro will not ship new 15.x builds containing updated versions of CEP, we recommend that the user move to current versions, which contain the fix.

    15.4 contains an updated version of CEP (panel hosting). 

     

    From your description, the problem sounds like an OS-specific issue with screen dimensions (which would be strange).

     

    If you can provide your panel, we'll research further. In what PPro (and MacOS) version do you see the panel, loading and displaying correctly?

    Premiere 2021 version which doesn't have CEP11 updates (versions before 15.4) loading fine in catalina (10.15). We have updated our panel for the CEP11 updates to over come CORS issue we have added one more iframe inside the existing iframe, after this we are not able to see the contents inside the panel.

    Adding more information about the bigger monitor mentioned above.

    Screen resolution 1920*1080, the panel loads properly.

    FYI : Panel is not loading only in Catalina (10.15).when we are connected with extended monitor we are able to load the content properly.

     

    BigSur and Monterey works as expected. Any thoughts for this behaviour?
