Started a project using a Cfexpress card as the source footage but its slow so I downloaded all the clips to my computer. Can I link the downloaded clips to the project since they are the same clips but from a different location?

If you pull the card from the computer the clips will go offline.

Relink them to the files on the hard drive.

Some lingo: In computer networks, download means to receive data from a remote system.

You copy/paste data from the card to the hdd and then import or ingest into Premiere.

You never edit from cards. Always put the entire content from the card on the hdd and then import the files into Premiere.
