Change Playback Shuttle Speed Rate

I've been editing with the J, K, L shuttle speed controls for years and have noticed that the first speed boost is too slow for me, but the second speed is too fast. I'm assuming the first click is 2x speed and the second click 4x. I would love a middle ground

Can I customize the speed off the Shuttle right button to make it faster?
