Change shortcut for forward selection

I can access the (all tracks) forward selection tool by pressing the A key and I can then use the Shift modifier key to get the single track forward selection tool. I would like to change this behaviour so that I press A to get the single track forward selection tool and then use the Shift modifier key to get the all tracks forward selection tool. I cannot find a way to do this in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialogue. Is it possible and if so how?

Yes you can: open the Application section in the KBSC.

Well of course I have done that and I see the Track Select Forward Tool with shortcut A but no reference to the single track option. How do I proceed?
