Change to Color does not exist in effects panel OR Obsolete folder - is there a work around?

Change to Color does not exist in Effects Panel nor the Obsolete folder.

I do not understand why this effect was taken out of Premiere Pro 2021.

Is there a work around, or at least a relatively easy way to mimic the Change to Color effect?

Thanks,

Doug

I'm running PrPro 15.4 on Win10 ... Change to Color is still in the Obsolete bin of the Effects/Video Effects bin. And just checked, it's still there in the current public beta version also.

What's your OS and rig?

I also have PrPro 15.4. I just got the latest iMac with M1 Chip. When I open a  project from a past version of PrPro, it notifies me that the Video Filter is missing. See below. And "Change to Color" is nowhere to be found in the Effects panel.

Any thoughts on an easy-ish work-around?

Thank you!

Wonder if that's a Mac/PC difference?

Perhaps the Lumetri HSL tab could work. Huh.

Its because your using M1 Chip Mac.  Many obsolete effects is no longer in place.  Try using Lumetri effect.
