Change to color

Hello community... 

I have an image with text in it. I'm trying to change the text wich is black to white. 
I used to do it with Change to color but can't find how now...

If you have access to Photoshop you may want to fix it there instead of in Premiere.

That's what I was thinking... I will need to pratice my skills in photoshop then... thanks for your answer !

Depending on the image try Tint.

Maybe have to mask the text first.
