what happened to the change to color effect?

Hi Cailin,

Surprise! We hid it. Sorry about that. Try the Search Bar in the Effects panel. It's an obsolete effect but it's still there. In the future, you can use secondary color correction in the Lumetri panel for such effects. Anything in "Obsolete" will be removed in future versions. It's a sign to prep for new workflows for when the effect will no longer be available.
