Changing Workspaces Causes Project Window to Reset (closes all folders)

If you jump between workspace layouts, often when you come back to the Editing workspace, the folders in your Project panel will all be closed. Very frustrating when you have multiple folders open during first draft assembly.

Not every time, which is also frustrating, just most of the time. This has been a bug for as long as I remember.
