Clic derecho lento y con retardo

Me acabo de pasar de Pc a Mac, y al instalar Premire pro 2023 todo bien...hasta que me he dado cuenta que haciendo clic sobre algun clip o archivo dentro de premiere va con mucho retardo. sobre todo cuando selecciono un clip dentro de la secuencia e inmediatamnete intento hacer clic derecho no lo detecta de inmediato...tengo que darle varias veces.

Estan practicamente vacias...Porque acabo de instalar Macos.

Could you check if there are any OS updates available for your device? OS updates come with graphics drivers, which can help with similar issues.

Lo tengo todo actualizado. Creo que es un problema generalizado de los sistema Mac con Adobe, porque en sistema Windows no pasa.
