Clicking on a marker has no effect on moving my playhead

Hello,

When I click on a clip marker (in the list of markers in the marker panel), the timeline playhead doesn't jump to that spot in the timeline.     It hightlights the marker, but nothing happens.   

What I have tried:

Turning on "snapping"

Rebooting

Resetting my workspace

Can you please offer suggestions?

I think my problem is that the markers won't jump in the timeline to clip markers. It only jumps to sequence markers. Is this a thing?

Deselect Sequence markers in the panel menu.

Old thread I know but I think this is a thing.  Clicking a CLIP marker in the marker panel doesn't work with Premiere Pro 24.1.0.  I've had this issue in previous versions.  It works with timeline markers but not clip markers.  Shift+M and Shift+Cmd+M work but not clicking in the panel.  I'm not as smart as I look so am I still missing something?  Thanks!

Thank Ann!  Is there a way to show clip and sequence markers in the panel at the same time?  If I select 'Show all clip markers...' the sequence markers disappear from the panel...  just wondering.   Thanks again for your help!
