Clicks on panels cancels

When i open any project on Pr (new or old), a loading logo appears on mouse cursor consecutively and when i click a panel (extensions or other things) it instantly cancels it so i can't use any workspace panels. It's also happening so consecutively fast that it's literally impossible to open any panel settings. What is it trying to load? I recently downloaded couple fonts from Google Fonts, could it be because of that? Everything is updated to the newest versions by the way.

System i use: Windows 10

Reset preferences - Premiere Help

Might also want to reset your workspace.

Omg, Somehow it worked! It continued after opening project couple seconds too but after that its gone! Thank you
