Cololar sub titulos fuera del margen de seguridad

Necesito colocar el sub titulo en la linea color mate, deje los margenes de seguridad en 0 pero aun asi premiere me bloquea poder bajar el sub titulo. Ayuda porfavor.

Hola, si es un subtitulo generado directamente de Premiere no será posible ya que los margenes estan para delimitar el espacio visible, lo que te sugiero es que crees los subtitulos como textos, los que si podra smover libremente (copiar del subtitulo y crear un texto (pegar))

In the old caption workflow, the limit was the 90% safe guide. The new workflow (PR 2021 and newer) was improved to 95%. But that is all  you can do with actual captions.

Are you burning in? If so, you can nest the captions, and then move that nested sequence lower in your final video.

Harold's suggest to convert to graphics text is also a good one, but the copy paste method is slow if you have many captions. There are tools that will convert srt to graphics text. See for example Subtitle2xml by ‪Bas Tempelman‬ (Windows only):
