Color during transition looks different after exported compared to timeline

Hi, I was using my friend's Premiere Pro and don't have much experience. I applied a lumetri color effect but then later deleted it. However, during a transition I am using (VR Spherical Blur), the color looks different. The weird thing is that the color difference only happens in the exported file, not the timeline.

First question, is the clip actually a VR clip?

As Ann's link will tell you, for anyone just popping in to this thread ... the VR effects are all setup quite differently than effects for 'normal' clps. Highly recommended not to use VR effects except for with VR clips.
