Colors of output change based on exported dimensions

Hi

I'm having some very wierd color issues exporting from Premiere Pro 2025. Based on the size of my export, the colors change.

It does not matter if the composition is downscaled in Premiere or in Media Encoder. Whatever i do, the colors change based on the size of the video, regardless of the codec.

Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks in advance 🙂

Are the colours the same if you reimport the exports into Premiere?

What is the media or are you testing with color mattes created in Premiere?

What are your complete color management settings, the entire Lumetri panel Settings tab?
