I work for two companies remotely. One gives me use of Photoshop, the other will give me use of Premiere Pro under a different license. Can the two programs mesh? Can I use them both on the same project?

You can only use one account at a time on a computer.

You will either need to sign out of one account to use the other or use the second account on a second computer and monitor if you wish to use both at the same time.

You won't be able to use the Edit in Photoshop feature.

Nowadays, you're logging in into the CC apps and you can only log into one at a time, so no.
