Comment ouvrir/utiliser un fchiers PREF pour premiere pro ?

Bonjour, 

Quelqu'un m'a envoyée un fichiers PREF pour régler un problème avec un accessoire que j'ai acheter pour "simplifier" l'utilisation de Premiere Pro. Mais je ne sais pas comment ouvrir/utiliser le fichier. 

Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

Might help if you told us the name of the accessory.    And if it's designed to work with Premiere, there must be some clue in the documentation that came with it or the manufacturer's website

It's the Contour Shuttle Xpress for Premiere Pro. 

I have already tried everything with the configuration software. At the moment, I rather think that it's Premiere Pro that bug somewhere but I don't know where.
