Competing transcripts

I have a sequence that has a VO over footage.  I have created transcripts of the VO files and the footage source material.  At certain points in my cut, the sequence transcript is showing the footage transcript rather than the VO.  There isn't dialogue in the footage at these points but there is background noise that is needed.  How do I tell Premiere to use the VO transcript?

@Jon Coyopa when building your sequence transcript, Premiere Pro will use whichever audio clip is on the "highest" track (A1 being the highest) that has a source transcript attached. So the easiest way to do this is just make sure the clips that have the transcript that matters are above other audio clips that may have transcripts.

Also, you can right-click any clip in the sequence and choose "Ignore Transcript" to tell the sequence to not use the transcript from that clip, even if it is on top.
