I updated my computer this morning. Since doing so, I have only been able to open Premiere while holding ALT from the creative cloud app (prompted to restore settings). Twice the project I need to edit opened, but as soon as I take any action move clip, import, etc. the program crashes. I can occassionally get the program to open, but as soon I try to edit preferences it crashses again. I've been at this for hours trying to find resolution.

Roll back to the previous version 23.0 Pr. Currently, engineers have recognized the error of coding the material and a number of other problems in V. 23.1. As of today, this is not a working version. Alas alas

I uninstalled 23.1 and reinstalled 23, I got it to launch and open my project file, but as soon as I try to alter preferences it crashed immediately. Tried another time and then it crashed after adding effects panel.

Try to remove all Adobe programs together with the Creative Cloud removal utility, which can be found on the Adobe website. After cleaning the product, install DaVinci and there will be happiness ) I'm kidding. Although there is some truth. Just reinstall everything from scratch and put Pr. v.23.0 I think it helped.

The previous version must be requested from Adobe employees. In general, there should be a link somewhere on the site.

Hi Mike,
Contact us, and we can assist you in getting v.23 reinstalled. Look for the chat pod in the lower right corner. Ask for the video queue for specialists. Sorry for the frustration.
Thanks,
Kevin

@Kevin-Monahan It is possible to resolve the issue of placing versions with lower ratings in the proper place on the Adobe website. People will understand where to go and solve the problem on their own. You need to have a link on the website to switch to stable versions. We need to resolve this issue.

Hi Baffy,
I don't have that "higher power." Sorry. You can request the idea to the product team here.
Thanks,
Kevin
