After selecting my xml file for my clip project, a new sequence is created and my audio/video content is added to the time line. I can hear the audio playing normally. But the video is a red box with a lot text characters in it. Why can't I see the video? I'm running Premiere Pro CC 2018 on Windows 10. Premiere Clip is running on an iPhone X.
I solved my problem by going to Settings>Camera>Format on the iPhone X and changed from High Efficiency to Most Compatible. Now when I a convert a Premiere Clip Project, I can see the video.
