Converted Project to V23.1 doesn't start exporting

I created a project a while ago in Premiere Pro V22.6 (really not sure if it was that version but it was V22 for sure) and yesterday I reopened it to edit a new video in the same project. Today I updated V22.6  to the latest V22 version, without converting the project. Then immediately after I updatet to V23.1 and reopened the project. Then besides crashing a bunch, I tried to export the sequence. Then I hit export, the export tab closed and the loading bar appeared, but it just stayed at 0% for a few minutes. I tried it 2 or 3 more times and it still won't export.

 

Also it crashed when trying to export with a export-preset from V22.6.

Another reason could be because I didnt convert the Project from V22.6 to the latest V22 version first, instead I converted it directly from V22.6 to V23.1.

When creating a new project and trying to export that it works fine, if I don't use the export preset from V22.6.

 

Is this still fixable?

 

Details:

HP Envy Convertible, running Windows 11, latest version to date.

16GB Memory (normal percentage without any programms running at 24-30%)

Effects applied: Stabilizer Effect (can't remember how it's called exactly), speed ramps/time remapping, lumetri color, audio and video crossfade effects.
