Hi,
Since the copy paste audio tracks effects was launched I have an issue with it.
When I paste effects to an audio track all their parameters are reinitialized except the EQ.
For exemple when I paste effects with Denoise set to 10% on a Fx slot it reset his value to 40%, the strange thing is that's happened when I press play... The values are ok but reinitialized the first time you play your sequence after the paste. Like I said the EQ Fx is not reset strangely. It's very frustrating to have to re-enter the settings of every effects since we want to just paste it as it is ! So this copy and paste option is not usable...
Does everyone has this problem ?
Any solution ?
Thanks

You are not alone! I have been struggling with several related problems and it's not only track effects but copying and pasting audio effects between clips in the timeline. I'm working on a video to illustrate what is happening that I will post soon. This has been happening to me for the past couple of versions. Not all effects will do this, just some. Dehummer is one, Dynamics is another. It also happens when you duplicate a sequence containing track effects if those track effects were created via a copy and paste vs manual setting from scratch. Madness.

Thanks for the precisions with this bug ! It's a long time issue so it's crazy that it's still not corrected by Adobe....

This issue also drives me crazy. Specifically I use Multiband Compressor and Parametric Equalizer to enhance the voice in every clip where someone is speaking, so I have them both saved as presets with the customized parameters.
When I apply them to a clip on the timeline, I get alternatively three different results (I don't know based on what):
1. the effect is applied with the parameters saved in the preset (all works as it should: success!)
2. the effect is applied, but the parameters have no customization (are back to default)
3. (the most annoying one) the effect is applied apparently with the parameters in place, or so it appears in Effect Controls, but when I play the clip the sound presents no effect. So for every clip I have to reset the effect parameters to default and reset them as I wish. That is, if I was able to realize by ear that the effect was not working in the same place, despite what Effect Controls was telling me.
The same happens if I copy and paste the effect from one clip to the other.
Please Adobe solve this issue - it robs an insane amount of time from editing a video!
