Copy Paste in v 22.5.0

Hi Everyone,

I am working in PP v 22.5.0 I can no longer copy a clip from one track and designate the track I want to paste to, it only pastes to the same track the source clip was from, ie. v1 to v1. Other versions I could paste to any track I chose. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so, have you found out how to fix it.
