Could anybody tell me what this yellow line means? And how I get rid of it? Thanks a lot! Greetings from Germany!

Its represents the duration of 1 frame.

Has always been there. Cannot get rid of it, but it you zoom out of the timeline it will get that small you wont see it anymore.
