There's nowhere near enough information to even guess what you are doing, with what, let alone what happens.

Please, for all troubleshooting requests or buggy behavior things, give your OS, your computer full specs of CPU/GPU/RAM/vRAM, the number and type of drives used, the media in use, any effects in use.

And THEN ... a specific description of the steps you are doing when Y happens when you expected something else.
