Hi chentiangemalc,

I am sorry for the crash issue. As the issue is happening with same footage, it might be an issue with the iPhone footage. Please transcode the file into another format & check the issue.

Thanks,

Vidya.

Exporting video as QuickTime GoPro CineForm RGB 12-bit with alpha @ 240fps, then re-imorting significantly reduced crashing issue, but a few seconds of video are now filled completely with red, there is no red present in the original video. After a few minutes it eventually did crash again (instead of a few seconds with original video, or immediately on hitting "right" arrow key to move through video)

Export video as AVI NTSC DV Widescreen 29.97fps 720x480 there is no issue at all, but I need to retain the 240 fps, and AVI export didn't allow above 60fps.

Example of red frames that appear From 00;00;50;28 to 00;00;56;01 in video after export to QuickTime GoPro CineForm RGB 12-bit with alpha, rest of video is fine.

An issue is being investigated where scrubbing high frame rate clips may result in a crash. A possible workaround is to uncheck "Play audio while scrubbing" in Preferences > Audio. Please let us know if that works for you. Thank you.

Unchecking "Play audio while scrubbing" completely eliminates the scrubbing. However some frames are red during playback/scrubbing, similar to what is described here Files exported from Premiere Pro have red frames

Sometimes when scrubbing the frame shows correctly, then turns red after it's displayed.
