premiere has crashing multiple times when switching from timelime to media bin to add broll footage .Iam using proxies in the media bin and windows 10 .Any help muchj appreciated

Try to update your operating system as well as the GPU drivers as much as possible. Do you know what acceleration you are using? What format is the original video? And how much material are you trying to switch? In addition to the operating system, you could add information about the hardware of your system.
