ahhh same old same old. Updated this morning, opened project that I was working on last night - bang - crashed out with two minutes of editing. Restarted mac, disc first aided all drives, binned premiere prefs. Crashed again. Thanks Adobe - reliable as ever!

Have you rolled back the software? This is much easier to do in the Creative Cloud app these days.

We're sorry to hear about the crash. Are you experiencing this crash issue specifically while editing or is it while exporting as well? If it's editing, then is the crash getting triggered by any specific action or is it random?

Also, let us know your system specifications (OS, CPU, GPU, and RAM) and if you are getting any specific error codes or messages. We're here to help.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Hi Sumeet,

thanks for helping out. I've sent the crash report to Adobe.

Now, after a while it seems to work, but I didn't try rendering yet.

Regards

Stefan

I never let CC app overwrite the older version.

Uninstall, reboot, reinstall.

See how that goes.
