Crashes On Import

Everytime i try to import a video  it stops working and crashes, i have no idea what to do.

Can you please supply some more information about your system setup (Premiere version, hard disk drives etc), and the type of footage that you are using.

This type of error commonly occurs when the file size is too heavy for the speed of the hard drives and system to cope with.
