Crashes when switch to Captions Workspace layout

V23.5 on Windows crashes every single time I switch to Captions workspace layout.

What workspace does PR open in? Is this an issue in a new project?

Normally, I would say "reset to saved layout," but if you can never switch to the captions ("Captions and Graphics?)

So I would first reset preferences.

It re-opens in Captions if I switch to Captions. It also crashes when I switch to other Workspaces (ie: Color), then reopens in that workspace. I typically start in my own custom workspace, but need to switch on occaision.

Also, it doesnt' matter if its a new project or an exisiting project.
