Crashing after launching Premiere Pro

Have a brand new computer with all the requirements on it for Adobe Premiere pro. I try to launch the software and it crashes.

• What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
• Are you getting any error codes or messages?
• Could you share the screenshot that shows the issue?
