Crashing when opening ANY project or starting a new one...

I have not been able to open any projects or create a new one without Premiere Pro crashing.. I either get an error saying "a low level exception occurred in importermpeg importer 39" or it will just say "Premiere Pro is running low on Memory please save and contniue with caution." - I figured that maybe it had something to do with the recent update because things were fine before I updated but even if I use an older version any project I open just instantly crashes... I have so many clients waiting on videos I am beyond stressed out with this... I cannot seem to figure this out - I have also restarted the program and my computer several times but that hasn't helped..

Hello,

Can you provide us with your pc and system specs? and let's start with clearing your preferences and trashing your media cache would help. There may be something left over in those files that isn't supposed to be there.

Preferences: FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences in Premiere Pro?

Media Cache: FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files?

Let me know if this works!
