Crashing while working in Premiere Pro

Every time I go to work in Premiere the system keeps crashing on me. Everything is updateded, I have plenty of space on my laptop, I am not sure what the problem is. I have been having other issues with Adobe programs as well. Does anyone have any answers because this is so frustrating.
